DO I NEED A VISA TO VISIT CURAÇAO?

Generally, tourists holding a valid passport may enter Curaçao without a written permit and remain with us for 30 consecutive days, with a maximum of 90 days in 180 days. Dutch and US nationalities can stay 180 consecutive days in any 365 days.

However, several nationalities (e.g. Cuba, Haiti, Venezuela) must present a tourist visa as part of our entry requirements. A visa should be applied for at least one month in advance at any representation of the Netherlands (in the concerned country). US visitors require a passport to get back into the USA.

There are some exceptions where people would need a visa based on their nationality, but can be exempt if they have – for example – a multiple-entry short-stay visa for a Schengen country, or a residence permit from the US or Canada.
