As the name already suggests, this unique city hotel formerly served as a convent. The monastery was built between 1925 and 1930 by the Catholic Fraters of Zwijsen. From 1987 to 2006 it served as a bookstore and print shop. Currently it is a charming, monumental hotel in the middle of Willemstad in the colorful district of Pietermaai. It is a perfect hotel for both leisure and business travelers because of its central location, swimming pool, courtyard and cafe.
